>doing simple bodyweight squats
>finish up, take a seat for a short breath
>get smol headrush feeling
>hearing starts getting fuzzy
>tinnitus like hell
>hearing gets worse
>dafuq
>face is going numb
>fletcher is telling me to face death
>huge wave of nausea
>suddenly cold sweating 10x harder than workout
>walk to bathroom, almost fall down, no balance
>assume position to ralph, nothing comes
>strip nekkid cause of sweating, crawl out of bathroom onto carpet
>hearing is almost gone, face is very numb, shivering from sweat
>thisishowitends.txt
>pass out for a good 30 min., wake up feeling normal, not a bad nap
>warmup again and do pullups no problem

Granted im no pinnacle of fitness, im not foreign to strenuous physical labor at all. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. Did I just have a fucking stroke or something?

Honestly though, is that supposed to be normal? I'm returning to a workout regimen after a good 2 year break, could i just be far worse than i realize? The workout itself didn't feel like shit, I'm intentionally easing back into it. But after taking a seat i get hit like I chugged a bottle of shitty tequila. I've done far more in the past and never felt like this. Got me a little spooked, especially the hearing loss/ numbness
