I haven't gone to the doctor so I don't know what it is, but I want to know if anyone on here has these symptoms.
>laying in bed
>about to fall asleep
>suddenly feels like someone is lightly shaking my bed
>stand up
>it feels like I am having tremors
>fast walk to my dads room
>tell him to tell me if I'm tremoring
>he says I'm not
>still feel a shaking but it subsides as I walk back to my room
This happens every other night sometimes every night. I also sometimes get trouble breathing with it.

Get into a sleep lab. is it only when you try to sleep in your bed or on the couch?

Try taking two benadryl an hour before bed. I have ADD and have always had trouble sleeping, more so when I'm on meds. Since I started taking it, I've been able to fall asleep a lot easier. Don't know if it will work for your condition, but a 100 pill bottle of generic brand is like $7 at any grocery store so it wouldn't hurt to try.
