Do you heat it up at school/work, or do you just eat it cold?
>>
This is what I do (far from Ideal)
- Piece of fruit, usually an apple because its easy
- fruit juice, your choice
-2 servings of vegetable, usually bell peppers
- carbs. Try brown/wholemeal tortillas or bread
- small chicken kebab things for the protein intake
- generic lunch snack like a small pack of biscuits or some shit
>>

100g greens, type varies
100g diced skinless roasted chicken breast
50g portobello mushroom
30g cucumber
30g cheese, shredded, varies in type
30g dressing, varies in type
10g pepitas or sunflower seeds.
750ml mineral water, still or sparkling.

My lunch almost every day to hit my macros and calorie count.

I eat it cold. We have one microwave at work and there's always 10 people waiting to use it so fuck wasting half my lunch break just so I can heat my food. If you want to go full autism mode I guess you could put the food through a blender and store it in a thermos.
>>
my meal I take to uni:
a 70-80g wholegrain roll with iceberg lettuce and a chicken breast I baked myself (200g before cooking)
a large banana

easier to eat and less autistic than a tupperware container with rice and chicken
>>
I go buy lunch so I can get away from my fucking coworkers
>>
1 scoop whey
1 cup oatmeal
1.5 cup milk
apple
banana
