I get this pain underneath my collar bone on both sides when I pull shoulders back and even more when I pull them back and down.
What could this be?

Hmmmm About 4 months ago but I have had it for a while.

I have a similar problem.
I tried using light weights and slowing down my range of motion to see where the problem is.
Happens when by elbows dip below the bench during the dumbell press, and also just before the dumbells meet at the peak of the rep.

It's not just when I lift. It's all the time when I pull my shoulders back.

I have the same exact thing and have for a while. I just ignore it like I do all other aches and pains, hah. Come to think of it this is what I do with my emotional pain as well.
I recommend none of this.
