Can someone tell me what the routine is? I've noticed folks claiming it is the best routine out there for aesthetics but I gotta admit, my google-fu is weak... very weak. So I wanna know what the routine is. Also if you have a routine that you think is better for aesthetics let me know.
Basically just SS but the last set is AMRAP so stalling takes longer to reach

So... why is that better for aesthetics? I have been doing SS, should I switch to Greyskull?

I don't really know if it's better for aesthetics, but it's supposedly a program that you can do for longer because of the volume. It'll definitely make you stronger, and the aesthetics will come with that.

I don't believe you searched for this shit and didn't find it, but I'll help you, you stupid illiterate nigger.

I seriously didn't. I'm terrible. I'm also on mobile but that's a bad excuse.

Is this ideal for aesthetics? I want to build my upper body as quickly as possible assuming I'm responsible with diet and rest.
Aesthetics come from time spent training, not any particular beginners routine. A beginner who does SS for 6 months will look identical to one who did a brosplit for 6 months.
This is the biggest QTDDTOT question on /fit/

This is without a doubt the best "routine" I've ever found. I'm just about to complete it a 2nd time and I'm soooo much more aesthetic than I used to be. 10/10 would recommend.
