my routine was strictly revolved around calisthenics training, brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai and boxing, never got into heavy free weight training but going to get into to gain some mass. as for my nutrition, i dont really a system in place because the food that's made at home is great. but i do have a routine for carbs, one day ill go high in carbs. medium on second day and no carbs on the third day but i switch it up based on how i feel
