The gym in my apartment building doesn't have a squat rack, but it has this and a couple other legs machines.
How good is this? What kind of reps should I do on this machine (and the one where you lower a bar using your calves)?
Also please don't suggest doing the thing where you lift a barbell and swing it behind your head to squat, I'm scared as shit of accidentally killing myself trying to toss it over my head
