I did greyskull lp first and it took me to
Squat 360 3x5
Deadlift 405 1x5
For bench recently switched to nuckols 3x beginner and it is going amazing

But my Deadlift and squat are stalling.I am eating and resting enough. Just try to deload? I think it is specifically the deadlifts that are causing me to not recover. I have freak long arms so it should shoot up far past (i know leverages and insertions exist too) since I wasn't using my hamstrings properly before and they are weak. Gimme fat advice boyos please. My lifts are a little better than an average beginner but it's because this isn't my first time, I was injured for months and have been lifting again for a month

Think I'm brewing on some quad tendonitis or something again. Rolling and stretching doesn't alleviate any pain, and using my quad in any way makes it ache. The pain isn't as bad as when I had adductor tendonitis, but it's bad enough that I feel I shouldn't squat much/heavy.
Pain is located about 5 cm above the kneecap.

Any tips? I'm a little reluctant to let it rest completely if I don't have to.

I've never had it that eating less ruins my session. Eating nothing, sure, but as long as I have something beforehand I am fine.
Had a chocolate sandwich before lifting the other time as I was reallyyyy tight for time. Had a good session.

For months I would eat about 1-1.5 cups of oats beforehand, and never did I feel as up to lifting as I have in recent months eating less.

Hows it looking guys, bare in mind the deadlift is filmed from a long angle so it might look worse than it actually is.

150x5 deadlift (fucked up my feet on the first rep so had to set it down and fix my stance)

stop moving your head around, your spine goes all the way into your skull, look up or down whatever but keep your head in the same position, push it backwards, pack the neck

youre expending energy taking so long between reps, you took 40 seconds to do 5 reps, dont start a set until you are completely locked in position wise

your knees are soft on some of the deadlifts and you hyperextend rather than locking the hips and firing the glutes

cant see too well but looks like you are breathing in to your chest instead of breathing down to brace

also non form related, dont wear tights, your legs are too small

Sumo or conventional?
If sumo, rolling and stretching helps me a lot. Frog and death stretch/rear leg elevated hip flexor stretch or whatever.
It might be that you get pain because the antagonist is weak.

I'll start by backing off the intensity and volume on squats. Maybe do some sets of 20ish reps every time I go to the gym and see how it feels after a little while. If it doesn't work, I'll cut squats completely.
