I took her stats from her page, and just ran the numbers. Being the same height, I have been that weight and people always guessed smaller too because above average height grills have more limb and torso length and it distributes the fat better. You can control your TDEE by lifting and building muscle. Pic-related, the middle woman has a higher TDEE than the left one, and it's not genetics.
Exercise alone won't do it, but you can burn a few hundred calories a day with exercise which will certainly help.
And the diet stuff is dead wrong. Food deserts might be real in some places but are largely exaggerated. Sometimes they define food desert as being more than 0.5 miles from a grocery store. Just fucking walk, I lived a mile from a grocery store for a year without a car and I just walked. I used a backpack to carry the heavy stuff.
Also you don't need fresh veggies, canned/frozen work fine.

If you mean CNA(nursing assistant) then it's not worth it. You are literally a diaper changer and every once and awhile you take some vital signs. If you want to get into medicine with minimal training you can do LPN, EMT, or even MA.

I spend a lot of time barefoot because of habits develop as a kid living outside of town in the (relative) desert of central Oregon, so my feet tend to be pretty stout. I never got used to having pressure on my arch, so I always got cheap shoes with no good arch and could pretty much ignore them until holes developed. I just spent 110 on a pair of trail shoes that have a wide toebox, flat sole, and almost no padding and they're comfy desu. They should last a long time in spite of the light build though because I only run five or six miles once or twice a week and I don't lift in them.
