Since January I had been suffering from extreme lower back pain. I wasn't able to progress the squat or deadlift significantly this entire time.
8 months of suffering in I asked for help from Gbro. I rehabbed for 1.5 months, felt good then all of a sudden the pain came back. I took a break from rehab.

And now I'm pain free. No matter what I do my back doesn't hurt anymore. Before it would hurt to lift my leg in the air. Not anymore.

I've deadlifted so many times since. It's such a liberating feeling. I'm also adding 10kg a time to my deadlift, (it's a lil weaker)

I'm in such a good place.

Chalk really does help, even liquid chalk, grip the bar. If you're gripping it tight you tend to find you are subconsciously ripping apart the bar.
Perhaps gripping it harder will help your issue, it's a little easier to remember.

Good deadlift, should have gone for 5 if you did a 100kg diddy. Sick or no sick :///

Good squat though. Just gotta work more on intensity bench, work with higher percentages more. 45 should have been an easy paused rep.

Only stretch out and decompress my lower back and spinal erectors.

There's literally no reason to stretch anything else unless you're a classical weightlifter. Rolling out tight muscles and drink a lot of water and you'll be fine.

Powerlifting doesn't requite exceptional mobility. Especially if you don't know what you're doing.
More range of motion can be just as dangerous as a limited range of motion.

There's no point having super loose hamstrings when you benefit them from being the right levels of tight so you are more explosive on the rebound.
