Just think of people like Jason Blaha who have been perma-cutting for like 3 years straight and still look the same. They keep telling everyone how they're cutting and going for aesthetics and years pass and they never change. Why? it's because people like this keep just eating whatever they feel like and over-eating consistently enough to the point where they're out-eating all the dieting they're doing by just a few fuck ups every week.
