Yup. I had smoked ciggs since I was 16. I was smoking a pack a day of cloves before I decided to stop. I swapped from smoking djarum to American spirits because I fucking hate the taste of them, and naturally tapered down to like 1-3/day before a girlie friend of mine I was sleeping with at the time said she wouldn't even be attracted to me if I had yellowish teeth from smoking too much.
