Anyone donate plasma weekly or more/less frequently? Thinking about starting so I can use the money for supps every month.
What side effects have you noticed? How does it affect your gains?
The freezing saline feeling and infiltrated veins horror stories kind of sound terrible so I'm kinda worried about that.
Would also be through CSL plasma if anyone has experience with them

It's not a donation if you get paid for it. You're just selling your body at this point.

I mean it's only a donation in name. Obviously you get paid why the fuck else would you do it

all of the "blood donations" pay. I do it once a year and get $50

how's the experience? any side effects after the fact besides feeling a little bit sluggish or anything?
been doing that for ~ a year now. freaky as it is, i seem to recover better. try to check who's there when you donate, some of them can't place a needle worth shit and you'll be sore/ have a bruise for ages.
don't train that day and avoid "arm day" the next, and get 2 -3 scoops extra.
saline is cold, yes (more like room temp, but meh). in my old place i convinced them to leave it out, as it's mostly annoying and if you're not a 50kg skelleton, it won't matter anyway.

I feel okay, I recommend not doing cardio after. I just do it because they need "o" blood

how often do you donate?

just to clarify, are you talking about donating blood or plasma? blood type wouldn't matter if it was plasma, right?
