So if you were to drink your semen, you will achieve some of the test back. Not all of it mind you due to oxygenation. However it would be sufficient enough, and better than nothing. Heads up, it's kinda hard to swallow at first. I would suggest diluting it in warm water until you can do it straight. The dilution will remove some test, but it will help you get used to doing it.

You can't assimilate test by digesting it, so no it wouldn't work. But if you don't jack off 3 times per day, and you regularly exercise your test should be fine.
