i feel as i working from pushups to oap isnt right, i can feel my chest better during regular ones, when i do oap is much more core and shoulder if i want do them right. but thats just my opinion

You just haven't practiced/aren't balanced.
Also is that your 1RM or reps? Cause if it's your 1RM, you're also just not very strong so you will be struggling (although you should still be able to crank out some).

I wrote this based on an assumption
after trying to do the one armed pushup with the form I described, I failed, couldn't even do one
so I have a new goal, but I have let you down and made a post based on a fallacious assumption, for some reason I legitimately believed I could do it like this
