Trim with trimmer before shower, thin application of oil, mug of sandalwood soap with hot water made frothy with a badger brush, safety razor shaving once with the grain, reapply shave soap, then against grain, rinse with cold water then sandalwood aftershave.

I have an extremely patchy beard. But having only 2 to 3 day stubble hides this alright hence the trimmer. Most of my stubble Is literally a neckbeard but I've seen others who have pretty much some hair under the chin and nothing else. So I'm not too JUST'd

Shave with a normal razor, with normal gel, one time, twice a week (monday and wednesday)

Friday is jeans day so day 3 of stubble is acceptable in my eyes

I just trim my beard to that sweet spot where it's just starting to be soft and not prickly anymore, just a couple days worth of growth basically. Looks and feels good.

I keep mine trimmed to 6-8 millimeters. Perfect spot for softness and stubbly look. The problem is that I've developed this idiot habit of chewing on the moustache hairs at the corner of my mouth.

Same my groin has never been more hairless.
I also picked up some trimmer oil for a smoother cut especially on my sack.
I use the trimmer at 0.1mm every 2 days on my face and keep a super-short smart casual stubble look.
