Doing decent with squat (315) and deadlift (375) but my bench is stuck around 190 1 rep max.
What exercise are you guys stuck atand what is your plan to progress

i plan to up my lift that has been stalling with accessories that support that lift. for example i would do chest with dumbells for two weeks to see if either of my arms is lacking power and other arm is totally compensating for it when i lift with barbell.
Everything. Lifting on a deficit trying to lose like 15 more pounds of fat but it's going really slow. Thinking about just saying fuck it and starting a slow bulk so my lifts can start going up again.

same
bench 190x3
squat 335x3
y cant i bigboi bench??

I haven't been able to get more than 2 or 3 reps at 225 close grip for a while now, but desu I think it's more a mental barrier than anything.
Started doing dips a month ago. Did 5 sets of 4.
One month later still doing 5x4
Chin-ups/pullups going up +1 per week, dips haven't moved a bit, what the hell?

Started lifting 2 months ago and I don't know freedom units.
90kg 5x5 bench never tried a 1rm.
65kg 3x5 OHP
85kg 3x5 Squat
110 deadlift
I'm pretty sure my lower body is fucking piss weak. Feels pretty bad man. My lower mobility is piss poor so I'm working on it.
My upper body is constant gains though.
Been lifting for a few months now and had worked my way up to a 2pl8 squat 3x5 but only with great difficulty. Now I'm hovering around 10kg lighter because of an inconsistent routine.
I absolutely hate squatting, I hate all the warming up you have to do, I hate the time it takes and I hate how uncomfortable it feels. Tempted to just junk it entirely and do trap bar/barbell deadlifts for legs.

Fucking squat, thought I could do 245x5 but really I was ego lifting, changed to high bar and turns out I can only do 195x5.
I'm fucking benching 195x5, I have became the thing I hated. I like my chest gains tho.
Weighted pull ups. It's fucking hard to add weight on it when bulking. I love them while cutting tho.
EVERYTHING
But especially OHP which refuses to move beyond 80kg

your body is so fucking asymmetric, bench and ohp are really strong but the squat and diddly? and these numbers are incredible for 2 month, the squat and diddly also above average, you should focus on legs/divert some push volume to pull volume, maybe do a u/l split
>>39248930
That's a bit fucked up but not unheard of or anything. Work on it dudebro.
>>39249254
The squat maybe, the dl certainly not.

How much do you weigh dude?
