My gym was no squad rack, only Smith Machines so I cant use Mark's form on it.
Should I neglect squats or do squats on the Smith Machine?

Just do hack squats or one legged leg press.
Unless you plan on powerlifting you don't NEED squats. You can do a squat-like movement and do fine from it.
>>39246009
change your gym, you fucking imbecile.
>inb4 but my contract
you now have the option of paying for one gym to make no gains or paying for two gyms to actually make some gains.

please refrain from giving advice ever again in the future.

>squad rack

>SQUAD
Maybe if you look for a SQUAT RACK you'll find one, you idiotic babby.
>likely Underage B&, can't FUCKING SPELL
>>39246029
Oh yeah? How about you suck my cock, you little faggot cunt?
>>39246029
Prove me wrong
Do you think doing squat-like movements somehow doesn't develop your legs?
you don't need squats unless you're a powerlifter. Most people aren't.

I thought about this but..muh contract indeed...paid full year, kek. But I might actually change.
This gym is full of weak aesthetic bro-science fags.

LOL
I dunno why but when typing in english I get mad dyslexia

? That anon never said squat is bad. He's just giving an alternative. You really DON'T NEED to squat. Just like you don't need to bench. Or row. Or pull up. It's just that compound movements are the best bang for your buck which is why it's preached.
Anyway OP, if you can't so squat then I would suggest lunges + stiff legged deadlifts. You can also do a push / pull routine like Scooby's routine. His routine doesn't have squat in it so you might wanna take a look.

Sorry, I made a mistake. Scooby's routine is actually PPL. However you can make it a push / pull by putting lunges on push day and sldl on pull day.
Or you can do SS without squats. It's really up to you how many times a week you wanna lift. Anyway best of luck anon
