Is it better to do Chest split with Biceps or Triceps?

I do Chest/Biceps on monday, Back/Triceps on thursday and Legs/Shoulders on tuesday if thats what youre asking. 3 days workout

I would suggest Chest/Tris, Back/Bis since chest exercises more often trigger your triceps and back exercises more often trigger your biceps. Just makes more sense to me to do it that way.

a whole week's rest for each body part is more than you need, so youre wasting possible gains. at the very least you should try to rotate 3 body parts for all of the 3 days youre going. but imo, you should really do a full body routine 3x per week (like any version of madcow 5x5). or, maybe even your current split twice per week.

if you dont plan on following my advice, stick to what youre doing >>39232235 so at least your arms are getting hit a little more often (since chest will always work tris, vice versa with back, then each is hit again on their own part of a day)
