Got some liftan shoes a couple years back, used em for a bit, thought they were good.
Went back to regular shoes (ie chucks/vans type) and prefer regular shoes so much more. Me thinks its just the jooman trying to get your shekels. Maybe worth it if you actually oly lift, but if you dont there is next to no benefit. At least in the sense that theres no problem that is fixed by lifting shoes that cant be fixed for free by mobility work.
They do make front squats feel better though so I digress.
