105 kg squats have literally broken my back
>>39228933
so you take time to recover and stay a little lighter next time until you can do 105 with good form

this stance should be used as a torture in Guantanamo

You must have a weak back then.

an 80% double rekt my tailbone somehow
didn't even look bad, felt totally fine
i've done some really horrendous squat reps in my 6 years of lifting (especially early on) but this totally normal one finally got me
I'm hoping through this right now. Was super depressed the day it happened, wondering if I'm ever going to be able to lift heavy again. With muscles on one side of my back in constant spasm I had pretty severe pain and lateral pelvic tilt. But after 3 days the pain is subsiding and I'm just looking forward to getting back to the gym and working my squat back up from a much lighter weight - really dialing it in.

>80% double
lol thats not even 5RM
>>39228933
Were you wearing jeans and sandals?
>>39229501
6-8 rm depending on how shit you are at reps
survival of the fittest, only the strong survive.
U failed, give up, do something else (Knitting). 105 is way to low to hurt yourself.
>>39228933
did you jump straight to "bodyweight" squats?
>>39228933
100% guarantee some of the people giving you shit are skinny dyels who can't even squat 2pl8 themselves.
Just heal up and get back at it. try not to be too discouraged.

>My form is bad and I'm retarded
>>39228933
first learn how to squat
record yourself and see your form
