There is a lot to be found on the internet. I always did bro split as a natty. My brother is doing the same, yet we look way bigger natty than most people on gear.

But i think that you should focus more on your weak points. I noticed that in most cases, some body parts grow faster than other. Just train your weak body parts at least 2 times a week. With the right volume it will grow anyway.

Well, if that's your mindset logically you won't look roid big until your mid 20's, you know, when you're willing to start roiding. Just focus on cutting your bf%, not eating trash, and getting a good weight lifting regiment natty. That way if and when you choose to roid you'll have a really good base for it.

I know, thanks anon. My obliques and lats looked like utter fucking garbage a year ago and it changed dramatically as soon as I started fixing my posture and doing back work. They still don't look great, but it's certainly getting there. Working on shoulders/back ~2 times a week in my split and strength training my diddly.
