I'm not trying to hate. But I am your height and I think you should cut before you start bulking again. Being this tall kind of sucks at times because you can lose 15 lbs and it won't look like much, but you'll look a lot better when you do

thanks, i was on SS for like 8 months. been doing PPL since. dont really have a strict diet just alot of eggs chicken and peanut butter. I use whey powder sometimes.
