Why the hell do you think that 'giving your all every single day' means exercising every single day? It can as well mean 'doing the most optimal things to get fit every day' i.e. having good diet, stretching, cardio etc. on rest days

Is it better to push though and fail sets and dawdle through sets or just skip a day completely if you're too tired? Obviously its better to get enough rest and work out at optimal energy levels every time, I just don't have time at the moment to get enough sleep AND workout
