Anybody ever get tailbone pain from squatting? After I squat heavy I feel a soreness in my tailbone for a few days.

i used to have it, i'm not even sure why it happened, but i quit squatting for a while and it went away. Now that I'm squatting again the pain hasn't returned and i'm lifting heavier than before.

No, I hurt my back as well so just gave it a rest for a while. I think that's the only thing you could do, or maybe just continue with squats and hope it goes away on its own.
