Legs & Core:

Barbell Ab Rollouts 3x8-10
Hanging Leg Raises 3x8-10

Front Plank 30secs (+10 secs each workout)

WARM-UP WITH HIIT ON EXERCISE BIKE
INCREASE SQUATS AND UPPER-BODY LIFTS BY 2.5KG

You probably want to youtube it. It can be effective when used properly, but so can decline crunches and hanging leg raises

But the 1-5 range is the greatest increase in STRENGTH.

I understand that 8-10 will build more MASS.

But if you don't get STRONGER on the compounds, you will never increase the weight, and therefore never get more MASS.

Who is bigger? The guy who benches 100lbs for 10? Or the guy who benches 400lbs for 10?

The only way to get to 400lbs is to stick to low reps.

becoming aesthetic is literally about getting a proper strength base and having a solid self-conscious view of yourself, your proportions and reality. If you want some big ass arms and chest, then work them out more and do exercises that fit the full range of muscles that its made of. >Oh my triceps look a little small or out of proportion with my biceps
Eventually in order to look good and not quit you need to adapt and learn how to program your own routines for personalized results.


In order to get stronger you need to train strength. In order to get bigger and stronger, you need to do hypertrophy. If you cant make progress on either one, change your programming, deload and focus on form, or do some cardio and muscular endurance.

Also aesthetics are a result of form and attitude, what you think and do from inside shows outward. I saw that on a fortune cookie one time.

Compounds are also your horsepower. How hard you can rail that petite girl, whether or not you can support her to lift her. How fast you run, how high you jump, how much force is in your shove & punch.

You want performance. Compounds should be high weight low rep but extreme intensity (80% 1rm). You also get most your test here

Lean bulk with the occasional mini cut when you go above 15% to get below 10%
If you have the balls /fraud/ but avoid anything to do with HGH, IGF-1 or slin
