Most people that "do" Yoga, are simply doing the physical aspect of it paying no or little mind to the mental and spiritual aspects. That is fine for most, but it isn't really Yoga.

Good for flexibility if you're having mobility issues. meditiation could also be good for some mental health gains.
But it's not really exercise.
