My calves look low when I'm not flexing but when I flex it looks high. Pic related I'm flexing and that moves my calves higher. So am I low or high calved?

Not just small, high calves. This isn't even disputed science. Spend like 2 seconds looking it up on Google save you looking like a complete moron. There is literally not one Olympic sprinter with type 2 low calves. Basically, higher calves mean longer Achilles tendons, more mechanical power. Outside of bodybuilding low calves are completely disadvantageous.
