i dont know what to do anymore fit. stats: weight 94kg height

i dont know what to do anymore fit.

stats:
weight 94kg height 1.95m

bench: 95kg 3x5
ohp: 60kg 3x5
squat: 70kg 3x5
deadlift: 140kg 1x5

i dont know if i should cut or bulk. right now iam eating 2600kcals with 180protein. i am doing iifym.

routine is p/p/l 6times a week.

my problem is my stomach is so fking fat, i feel like a fat piece of shit, but i also look like a dyel.

i really dont know what to do, it drives me crazy,

any advice is appreciated

Are you australian?

If not, it's fall now and winter soon, so you won't be shirtless anyways. At your height, you can put on a lot more mass. Just keep lifting and eating enough, maybe throw in some cardio and clean up your diet (i.e. reduce whatever much or little junk you eat).

I would suggest you switch your routine to a 4 day/week Upper/Lower (or Push/Pull) and do Cardio on the other 2 days, with 1 complete rest day.

You can try fasted cardio if it fits your schedule, but if you do, you should probably drink some BCAA's before that.

As for calories, if you're counting them, aim for a slight surplus on lifting days and a slight deficit on cardio days. Which will pobably end up being the same, the cardio creating the deficit.
