I know my dinner routine has been shit lately, but my breakfast routine every day for about 9 days now has been 2 scrambled eggs, 2 strips of turkey bacon. I did all the math a while back, I know it's set in stone 190 calories and the bacons are 2g protein each. I just don't remember the eggs (7 each I think?). I had MFP a while back but I really fell off of it so I eventually uninstalled. I guess I'll go back and hit it up again. I typically only eat 2 meals a day so dinner is what concerns me the most. I just want more than 2 ways to cook a chicken breast. Great protein and great for weight loss, but I've had the same 2 recipes for nearly 2 weeks thanks to meal prep.

Alright, I'll list some since most fuckers aren't.

Blueberries - High in sugar, but low in cals.
Carrots - Eat as much as you want.
Soak chicken in a brine and then boil it. Shred it, mix with spices and hot sauce, and use a piece of lettuce to wrap it all up.

Roast a pan full, dice it up, measure it out into your portions, then use different sauces over each time, do stir frys, again, using different sauces, vary the veggies, pour marinara over then top with mozerella. Simple Alfredo's sauce with mushrooms...there's a zillion things you can do with a mess of cooked diced chicken on hand.

Get back to your MFP, you can do it.

Hardtack/Crispbread with choice of garnish. You can do anything with it, make it sweet, savory, salty, hot. One of my favorites is just dijon mustard and some cucumbers.

Pretty much any vegetables.

Hot sauce. Put that shit on anything and have next to 0 calories, but adds flavor. Just be careful of sodium in some.

Water. Drink a lot to feel full.

The best of all? Walk around without a shirt on at home, and have as many mirrors as possible. Constant reminder you're a piece of shit.
