I like knowing my food suffered before it was slaughtered grilled to medium rare before going into my digestive tract.

My wife cooks and I eat whatever she makes.

We eat very little meat and 0 milk. If I lived alone it would be easier to be vegan but I don't want to be alone.

Because meat is delicious and I couldn't imagine going a day without it.

I like meat, but here, it is quite expensive when compared to stuff like buckwheat, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta, lentils... - but! Things like chicken hearts tastes great and is pure protein. It's also extremely cheap, as it is with other offal. So, that's my meat of choice - most of my meals are vegs, but I drop some good meat here and there for almost no money at all. Oh yeah, I also eat sprats, some eggs and oatmeal with milk. So there's quite a few animal products.
