So what do we do with this info? just work harder on lifts were behind in?
thank you mark
>>39216322
sure, either that or you could use it to judge people's disproportions.

Not everybody is a fattie or an ex athlete lying about when he started lifting

5, 9 73kg 25 y/o just got into lifting again after about 1 yr inactivity, on second week
My squat sucks ass. I think it's partially due to having fucked hip flexors from a young age. I couldn't sprint for about a year and half because that were that bad, the club trainer didn't take me seriously though because I was a 12 year old kid, he thought I was just being soft.
>>39216895
what the fuck are you sure you're not 13
>>39216581
nah you're just weak. Probably weak minded too bec you're projecting

Been lifting for just about three years
Over the last six months I ran four months of Texas Method and two months of 5/3/1 BBB, and my lifts jumped up massively.
But in two weeks I'm going to start fasting for St. Phillips and my glorious almost exceptional score is going to die.
>most people on /fit/ apparently lifting 150+ kg squat with less than one year lifting experience
yeah no
>>39217807
>tfw had a 180kg squat at 1 year and now have a 225kg squat at 22 months

You should have better stats than this if that is the case. I've been training my 17yo brother for 2 months and he out squats you. He only goes to the gym 2 days a week and doesn't even eat right.
>>39217842
Very impressive providing this is the truth.
>>39211271
lifting for 3 years on and off but I've been lifting seriously for about a year. My squat really needs work. I can push out 350kg x 10 on leg press but my squat just doesn't budge.

pic of body? I'm interested to see what kinda body comes with these numbers.
>>39219037
I did gymnastics, swimming and climbing for years before started lifting. I want to compete in powerlifting next year, but my bench sucks.
>>39219084
No pic, but I'm not that shredded at all. Since I started powerlifting, my measure of not being too heavy is being able to do one single handed pullup. I found this way more healthy mentally than taking pics and checking the scale every week.
