What is your experience with Greyskull LP? 3x squat/week is getting really tiring at this point and I want a more upper-body focused program. Greyskull LP seems like the perfect program to do after reaching T-rex mode with Stronglifts or SS. I'm currently towards the end of my Stronglifts program and switching some of my lifts to 3x5 to see if I can still squeeze out some noob gains before moving on to an intermediate program.
Pic related is my symmetricstrength, and as you can see, it lags quite a bit on upper body (squat looks a bit weak but I do high bar so I'm okay with it). I'm really unhappy with my delts, chest and triceps.
Also, is there a good app that lets me track it? I used the SL app and it was pretty good.
Is there a better program that would suit my needs?

>SL
>dat bench:squat ratio
I believe it
Also the end of the SL program is 1x3
>>39211281
The squat to bench ratio is fine, you curlbro.
> tfw +20% squat above average and 11% below average on bench press
>>39211281
Yeah, I know the app says I should switch to 3x5 and then 3x3 and eventually 1x3 but I'm honestly just sick of squatting 3x/week when I'm usually failing 2 out of those 3 and only progressing 5 lbs/week overall anyway so I don't see a point in doing it any longer, hence my point about a more upper-body focused program.

Idk man, I see people benching 2pl8s that do quarter-squats with 1.5pl8 all the time. Don't know how people manage that squat:bench ratio. I'd honestly give 50 lbs off my squat right now if half (or even a third) of it would go to my bench.

Are you on SL as well?
>>39211298
>curlbro
Impressive, HOWEVER
>>39211367
Just keep at it brah. 6 months in.
>>39211260
do a ppl, coolcida is a good one.
>picrelated did SL and PPL afterwards

Height, weight, years lifting?
Also I have a sneaking suspicion you're diabetic and using insulin.
>>39212076
>you're diabetic and using insulin.
is this a euphemism?
>>39212100
No, I work at a hospital and see a lot of diabetics. Something about their skin can give it away.
>>39212113
not him but I'm a former fatty, not a diabetic, and I am very veiny
>>39212132
It's not even the veins though. Diabetics tend to get skin conditions and the texture of their skin changes.
>>39211260
Did you switch your weights from metric to imperial units just for /fit/, or do you have the most specific weights out there?
>>39212157
I see it
>>39212076
its not me lmao, its Prometheus, a tripfag. In the picture he had been lifting 1 and a half years.
>>39212267
Thanks anon
>>39212185
It's my estimated 1RM; my actual lifts are slightly lower.
>>39211260
>1RM Bench: 169lbs
You fucking sissy hahahahaha.
>>39211367
Where does the app say to switch to 3x5... 3x3?
> tfw you've been doing SS for over a year and lower numbers
>>39213401
Idk man, I feel okay for 7 months of lifting cause I started out struggling with 85 lbs - it is however my weakest exercise and I can't seem to progress on it. My gym only has 2.5 lbs plates so I can't microload like /fit/ tells me to. Plus, I go at weird hours and there's no one to spot me. Can't think of any other way to bench more than switching to a different program. Was hoping /fit/ would give me opinions on greyskull LP, but no one seems to be willing to answer.
>>39213633
It's under settings - you can set it to different sets/reps but it automatically switches things for you after a certain # of deloads.
>>39213658
What do you have? If you've been doing it for over a year with lower numbers, you probably have gone through at least 5 deloads and should've switched routines at one point.
