People who hate Pendlay Rows are people who are too big headed to lower the weight, improve mobility, and learn the form.

They're both good though. But I prefer doing Pendlay, DB Row/Krok Row alternating, weighted chin ups.

They're all good in their own way.

Pendlays are for explosive strength training and its an assistance to other power movements

Okay let's settle this once and for all. Which character is 4chan and which character is reddit. I feel like Tony is 4chan and Janice is reddit. Tony is just an all-round boss and general bad ass whereas Janice is annoying and whiny af. Similar to 4chan vs reddit.
