To early bro
Sauna, since pretty much all gyms in Finland have saunas

steam room is better for your skin, think their are only marginal benefits to recovery with either of them. But I think the biggest benefit is the boost to the immune system. I steam room 5 days a week.

if your gym has a sauna is also most likely has a steam room too as well
I like to run, nordic ski, and snowshoe outside in very cold weather, then come in and hit the sauna for 10 minutes or so, then do my lift. Feels good man.

>also too as well
Only some spas that are frequented by Russian tourists have steam rooms in Finland

Ice bath, m8
I like to take a nice long PWO nap in the sauna.
After a swim, I'll hop in the whirlpool for a few minutes, then sit in the sauna to dry off. Pretty comfy
I have lung problems so I can't be in the steam room without feeling like dying

I live about 10 minutes away(walking)
OP here, guess i forgot to foresee that a sauna thread would bring unprecedented Zyzz-posting
oops.
