yep. i never have doms now unless i stop working for like a week or more and even then it's pretty mild one.

if you never lifted before you will have pretty bad doms after your first workout but it should be fine after a day of rest. if you still have it on the 3rd day just stretch and do some warm up and it should go away.

But I love DOMS. If i have to take a week off for some reason (which i occasionally do) i get doms on the first of each day back (ie chest, back, shoulders, legs) but then the second time i train them their back to normal and i get no doms.

Yes, leg day memes are for people who dont train train legs enough.

That being said you still may get some soreness of you are pushing yourself and training hard but nothing like when you started out.

Yes. After my first leg day I actually collapsed walking down the stairs.

Now I don't even get that sore and I'm still adding weight each time.
