Well lads, its been about a month. im 5'6 133lb manlet. ive been eating about 2200-2300 cal a day on lifting days, and 1600-1700 on rest days. i lift every other day. the issue is i've lost about 2 lb since i started, how much fucking food do i need to eat?

When I was at your weight I ate 3200 a day
Also 2lbs is nothing, your weight fluctuates alot, so you mightve gained weight anyway, especially if your lifts are going up

I'd say up your intake, and go for another month or two before being worried

I'm scared of becoming fat somehow even though I know I can cut at any time. Currently 155lb which by no means is fat but this is the largest i;ve ever been. It's holding me back from properly bulking and getting stronger

Recalc your TDEE. I'm shorter and lighter than you but on demanding days I expend over 2400 kcal.

You won't be skinnyfat if you're lifting hard.

Worst case would be builtfat, but it takes months and months to get that bulky.
