For all of you who are taking multivitamins, I would advise you to save your money. Most adults receive adequate levels of vitamins in their diets without supplementation.

There are really just 4 nutrients/vitamins that you should be concerned about possibly being deficient in:
>Vitamin D
>Omega-3's
>Vitamin K
>Magnesium

Vitamin D can be easily gained by simply getting a little sun now and then. I don't mean you should go sun tan for an hour but getting a little exposure outside every day or every other day should do it.

Omega-3's are present in fish and, as a /fit/izen, you should be eating fish at least twice a week any ways. If you rarely eat fish because of the price or whatever other reason, get some sardines every week. Don't eat tuna every single day thinking it will be good for you though.

Vitamin K is in leafy greens, some fruits, and dairy. Eat your vegetables.

Magnesium is the only tricky one. Magnesium is found in a lot of different foods but is also lowered in a lot of different leafy greens due to the widespread use of herbicides that chelate magnesium. Supplementation may not be necessary but as >>39200607 mentioned for himself, it can help with sleep patterns so it has added benefits.

TL;DR
>Eat a balanced diet of chicken, fish, lots of vegetables, and dairy such as greek yogurt or milk. Go out in the sun every once in a while. Don't buy vitamins unless it's magnesium or you aren't eating things like fish or vegetables.
