As we all know, 2017 and beyond is the age of the alpha jawline.
My jawline is decent/good but being held back by the fact that my family tends to store fat in our faces. Its alpha desu, kinda got that Capone look, but its not going to cut it in 2017.

I need some remedies for losing face fat and also, any jaw exercises. I was thinking about getting an elastic band and putting it under my jaw and around my head and doing like 3 sets of 25 resistance jaw pushdowns.

What do you guys got for me

(I dont have any good jaw-related pic relateds, mb)

I'm in the same position as you.

Born with a skinny and scrawny body, but fat round face.

I've looked up some methods, there's jaw reduction surgery, facial contouring surgery, and jaw reduction botox.

I haven't done any of those yet but am seriously considering them.

I'm 12% body fat (down from 16ish) and i still have a fat face. idk how low i'll have to go to get maximum facial aesthetics.

Bichat surgery and maybe you could put some implants in your jaw. It's not that expensive nowdays to have the perfect face OP
