Trying to get down to 10% bf
Only eating 1500 cal a day
With intermittent fasting
Losing fat though so can't complain. How's everyone else's cut going?

Poorly.
I lost 20lbs in the first months in keto, but it was making me feel like shit so I hopped off and now I'm only on a deficit and I've only lost around 10 lbs in the past month and almost nothing in the last week, it's got me really discouraged

From 95 to 83 kg in about 2 months now cutting my diet to ~1300 cal.
I'm not sure what disgusts me more, the fact that i burp tuna, or the fact that it no longer bothers me that i burp tuna. Got about 8 KG to go.
Started c25k recently on week 6 now. Didn't have a repeat yet.
Think ill try and hit the gym when I reach goal weight. I'm tiered of being weak.

Good. Ive been gerting back on it the last few weeks. I had like a break for 2 months. I know i ate too much but i didnt really do anything about it. Shamefully. But im back on it now and im feeling great. IF is bae btw. It is way better to eat more/more tasty food when you IF. My diet and IF is on point the last 3 weeks. Weighing tommorow, so i hope some has gone off.

Is there a phase in natural cutting where you feel like you look worse then before? I feel like I am just a smaller version of what I was before, muscles don't look very full, etc.

Was up to 213 (lots of fat) at 6'1". Got really sick. Then got sick of having muscle under layer of fat. Stopped lifting.

This is my 12th week cutting. I've lost almost 15 lbs. Trying to lose 10 more to get really low bf (ill be at 155 then). Start lifting again in January. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing senpai.
