>>
Big bag of Frozen chicken breast.

I go to Costco exclusively for model cars

I do all of my grocery shopping at Walmart
>>
Buy ground beef non organic, pork chops, and top round, all lean proteins for a low fucking price

Daves killer bread, 2'bags for the price of like 5 buck.

Salmon patties for low calorie burgers, with a pickle, so good

A pack of egg whites, usually 8 eggs worth in one carton, and they usually give you 8 cartons

Bacon

And the 100 calorie organic fudge pops

Also 5 pounds of greek yogurt high protein for like 5 bucks

Cytosport protein powder, and a rotisserie chicken for lazy days

Costco has an arguably shitty rice selection, almost nothing but white

Do egg whites last long in the fridge? I'd love to stock up but I'm not sure if I'd eat enough in a short amount of time to justify getting 8 cartons at once

buy milk there its super cheap. I use to work at costco and I have to say they are pretty good with their food prep and overall quality. The deli items are a little pricey but have a shit load of calories. However stay away from the meme cheeses and other shit by the meat. Frozen stuff is good too, they give you a fuck load of food. Also those chickens are great deals. Be careful though, shit adds up really quickly. also the kirkland sports drinks are just as good as gatorade
>>
>>39197776
i got one, too
turns out my local walmart sells chicken breast cheaper, and local supermarket sells everything else cheaper
>>
>>39200995
i should also add that my costco has piss poor grocery selection
their gas is cheap, though
>>
>>39200995
walmart chicken is full of water you're getting less
>>
>>39200934
