I lift because I'm pretty lost in life and just don't know what else to do. Lifting has been my life and passion for a long time now and is probably the only thing holding my life together.

It's pretty much the only time I really feel free and like myself, the only time when I can excert myself and let the autismo go.

I mean shit my sad little life needs something to keep me going, tracking macros and adding weight to my lifts pretty much gives me purpose. That and the difference in the way you get treated when you have some mass on your frame is pretty cool. Im not huge so it's nothing crazy but I notice people assume im a social, mentally well adjusted, healthy, player. In reality im a still social but insecure, kinda healthyish, fuckin little to no libido virgin druggy.

Can't stand my friends lifting more than me. Throw it under powerlifting, social acceptance or insecurity. It isn't wrong. But I enjoy it.
