started sleeping on the floor a year ago. my back was hurting for about 2 years while sleeping on countless mattresses, and after sleeping on the floor while moving, i realized how amazing it was on my back. recommend this to everyone holy shit.

Do you sleep flat on your back the entire night or do you flip flop? Also would this help shitty posture over time?

I have a super thin cot "mattress" which is barely fit to be given that name, directly on the hard floor. It's also so short that I need to sleep slightly curled up on one side or another, though I can splay out entirely and let my feet just stick out.

Pretty comfy, actually. Have a body pillow to help keep me on my side (snoring issues).

I always sleep on my right side with my hand under my pillow or in front of it. I have no clue why but when I try to sleep on the left side it is more difficult to fall asleep. I also only use one pillow

Spent my whole life sleeping in foetus position as I would usually hug my duvet imagining it's my anime waifu.
