A few things.

1) Practice good form always - keep your triceps flexed for example when doing mixed grip deadlifts, don't try to lift more than you possibly can at the sacrifice of form

2) Train with full ROM. If you do partial bicep curls for example you will have muscle - connective tissue imbalances

3) Never max out - you don't need to know your 1rm faggot. Do minimum 5 reps and calculate it.

I didnt know that was a problem. I do them all the time with fully lock out arms at the bottom with no problem.

I also do things like planche, back and front lever, and one arm chins so my connective tissue is used to being under heavy loads which might help.
