I'm getting potentially impingement related pain inside of groin. Upper regions like inch and quarter down from waistline.

Should I widen my stance? Is there a stance that is "Too Wide" Because I thought my stance was already too damn wide.

Is Jonnie Candito LP a good novice program? I've gotten my bench up to 215x5 and am making some decent gains on deadlifts and squats.

I feel like my form is still coming around on squat. Some PT at the gym I go to keeps telling me I lean too far forward and should bring my stance in and just put my toes out more. I got back up to 365x5 on DL but I took a deload on squat from 305x5 down to 275 to try this new squat form to see if it was good or not. Would it be better if I just recorded some of my lifts on my strength days to show you guys?

For a period of time when I kept moving up in weight on the squat I thought I was doing right, didn't feel too much low back pain, used hip drahve, drove my back into the bar as I came up out of the hole. I was making sure every cue was memorized but then someone told me a few tips like point my toes out a bit more and I'd squat more upright or something and the weight would feel lighter. Now I'm at a bit of a cross roads where I don't know what to think.

My current squat days are Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (deadlifts Monday)

Could I maybe work up to a single at 345 on Wednesday, try 365 (my current tested 1rm) on Thursday, and go for 385 on Saturday? Is this a good plan? I would deadlift like normal on Monday

Havent tested but if all goes well I should be hitting 385 for 1 squat, 235 for 5x1 bench, and 405 for 3 deadlift.

My bench program is kinda a bunch of bullshit but it works well. Basically

>fuckload of accessories Saturday

The accessories are mainly high rep flat bench, Closegrip, Dumbbells, and so on
