No. I was always a fat fuck, so my squat was never lacking.
Now that I'm nearing a 3 plate bench, I remember the first time I ever tried to bench at 14-15 and couldn't get 1 plate of my chest. I really wish I wouldn't have waited until my late-20s to start lifting.
