It's not a discrimination to pay manlets less money than their taller counterparts, in the same way fat women get paid less than skinny women. Taller men and skinny women just need more nutrients than manlets and landwhales. The additional income is usually allocated towards more nutrition and a diet suitable for a man of bigger mass. A manlet wouldn't eat a tall man's diet, or they would become obese.

Eating more than your share doesn't count as being naturally more massive because your mass is useless flab which is a result of your gluttony. You shouldn't be entitled to more money so you can die from a heart attack or become too obese to work.
