Anyone else love seeds? Pumpkin are my fav but sunflower are

I always buy them without the shell.

How do you eat them with the shell? I just suck the salt off, and spit 'em out.

I like sunflower seeds. However I used to get headaches after eating pumpkin seeds so I stopped. Must have been an allergy or something
