Yes, seems legit. All of those exercises get your glutes, so it makes sense they'd improve definition there. I'd argue that there are better calf exercises than running, but that doesn't seem too important to you. If your gym has those fancy inclining treadmills, those are good for glutes+quads on slightly steeper settings.
I don't know how you carry your fat, but you can probably get away with a little more bulking than usual since it generally ends up on the hips and butt in women anyway.

sure, its a pretty good routine, i can't really fault it for what i'm assuming you want to achieve. do your cardio on rest days/ at the end of your workout and you should be good
