Hey there guys, 112 pound skeleton newfag here. For the longest time I have been a scrawny weak beta with no athletic skills or strength whatsoever. I want to change that, how should I start? I have decent stamina when running but can't do push ups for shit. Help pls.

Start eating at a 500kcal surplus, lots of protein, and get on SS for the next 4 or 5 months.

Start preparing yourself shakes, much easier to drink it than eat it
when i was escaping skeletal i basically eat these:
peanut butter,milk,mayo,butter,rice
cheap and effective
